Chai Lady Spice Blend 

Bring the authentic taste of traditional chai into your home. This handcrafted blend combines bold black tea, aromatic spices, and natural Turbinado sugar — giving you the perfect balance of sweetness and spice in every cup.

Makes: Approximately 6 cups (8 oz each)

Ingredients:
Turbinado Sugar, Black Tea, Ginger Powder, Black Peppercorn, Cardamom Pods, Cinnamon

Preparation (Traditional Chai Method):

1. In a saucepan, combine the contents of your chai spice package with water. Bring to a boil over high heat and let it boil for 2 minutes.

2. Add milk directly to the saucepan.

3. Return the mixture to a boil — watch closely to prevent overflowing. Adjust heat as needed to maintain a gentle simmer.

4. Simmer steadily for 10 minutes.

5. Strain and enjoy.

Tip: Make the entire batch at once — enjoy it hot, or refrigerate for up to one week for a refreshing iced chai.
